GENERAL
1. Communication will be in English or Spanish.2. In case of doubt about the project briefings, I will be following all specifications done via DM or E-mail. ANY DETAIL THAT IS NOT RECORDED IN WRITING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE BRIEF FOR THE FINAL ART.3. If you provide any copyrighted material, I will not take responsibility for any future dispute, so please do make sure you have the permission to use them if you're using them (especially with commercial purposes).4. I reserve all right to refuse a project at any given point of the development. Refunds will be given up to the point of the project it has been reached. (See payment section for more info.)5. By default I reserve the rights to post the final art in my own social media. If you wish to revoke this right, please make sure to notify during briefing.
POSSIBLE QUESTIONS
- Which is the easiest way to contact you?
The places I will reply faster are e-mail, Instagram and Twitter in that order. I will probably miss Tumblr DMs since it's where I check the least.- How long will the project take to be done?
It will depend on the complexity, status of the waiting list and also when the payments arrive. If I give a deadline I'll try to follow it as closely as possible, but keep in mind it's only me and it might change 1 or 2 days give or take.YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FINAL FULL-SIZED ART OR ANY SOURCE FILE BEFORE THE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE.- What if the website changes their image sizes midway through the project?
I take into account that websites are constantly under changes, so resizing will be included as long as it's WITHIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF THE FINAL ART BEING HANDED IN.
PAYMENT
1. All payments will be done EXCLUSIVELY in EUR/USD via Paypal.2. The payments will be done following the next pattern:

I will give you a full breakdown of how much each step will be PRIOR to beginning the first sketches.3. EDITABLE FILE SPECS:
- By default PSD, if not AI or PDF file. All PDF files are sent as X1
- Every element will be editable intelligent objects.
- FOR COMMERCIAL USE: Unless provided by yourself FONTS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED / WILL BE FREE FOR COMMERCIAL USE4. Any major changes after the second check-in will require a bonus payment.5. Urgent or Priority projects will require a 5% bonus.
